Subject: Menu Changes

In an effort to make the website easier to navigate we have been making numerous changes to the menu items. We apologize if this has caused any difficulty in your use of the site. Our goal in this project was to reduce the number and depth of the Menu system by combining logical items together under fewer top level menu items. Wherever possible we have grouped similar items under the same top level menu.

The new menu is organized under four major categories:

• NEWS/EVENTS - Allows access to current State and Local Council News, Current Events and Prayer Request
• PROGRAMMING - Displays recommended activities, project, and programs organized by the four Service Areas
• FORMS/REPORTS - Allows access to State and Local Council  documents, PDFs and Convention reports
• SUMISSIONS - Allow you to provide the website to collect information from you about your Council and Service Project activities

In addition to these a menu item called "HOME" will now display as the first item on the Top level menu. You can use this item to log into your account or use the Members Login button at the top of the menu page. Once logged in any restricted menu items will be added to your screen automatically. For example. the FORMS/REPORTS menu item does not display to the public,

but once a knight with an account logs in, the menu item will be added to the main menu.

While the project is underway, changes will be made to the menu items and menu structure. We ask for your patience and understanding while this is being done. We will report back to you as soon as the project is complete.
