Knights of Columbus New Hampshire State Council
The Knights of Columbus was founded by Fr. Michael J. McGivney on March 29, 1882, as a fraternal benefit society, to render financial aid to the sick, disabled, and needy members and their families. At the present time, the Knights of Columbus is the largest fraternal organization in the world. The organization has grown from several members to over 14,000 councils worldwide. The social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief, and public relief works. ![]() | Welcome to the New Hampshire Knights of Columbus State Website. We seek to grow the NH jurisdiction and lead more men and their families to the light and love of Christ. Through our evangelization by the example of our charitable outreach and Faith in Action programs, our fraternal bonds, fellowship and prayerful activity, we strive to help our Brothers to grow closer to Jesus, be more faithful and prayerful, be better men, husbands, fathers, friends and neighbors. This in sharing our core values of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. Additionally, through continuous improvement and focusing on the “WHY”, we will strive to improve the experience and impact of State sponsored functions and periodic meetings to our members and increase local council attendance, participation, and engagement at these events and functions.
