To provide you with the most reliable and robust environment available, our Network Teams will be will be upgrading network switch hardware within the facility to the latest major version. Our infrastructure teams will also be conducting architecture changes to routing services within the facility to improve efficiency and reliability.

The mainentance window is from August 7th 9:00 UTC to August 7th 17:00 UTC

This will affect Bare Metal servers, cPanel shared hosting, VPS servers, DNS and our Control Panel.

During this maintenance window, you can expect multiple disruptions, and a minimum of 180 minutes worth of disruption within the window for hosting services in Salt Lake City. In addition our Control Panel and Ticketing system may be inaccessible during this window.
