Last  night's attempted assassination of Former President Donald Trump is a reminder of the terrible state of politics in the US today.

The country is polarized, now to the point of violence.  March 1981 was the last time this occurred.

Please take the time to pray, for our country, for our leaders and equally important for the people. This is the only way I can see to truly help our country.

On July 13, 2024, Donald Trump, a former president of the United States who at that time had been the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party in the 2024 presidential election, survived an assassination attempt while speaking at an open-air campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania.
