DeltaChurchDriveDear Worthy Grand Knights, District Deputies and brothers all,

Vivat Jesus!

I hope everyone is well!

As we begin to see some areas “opening up” at different levels and with varying local requirements, we will soon, hopefully, be returning to our churches. How wonderful! In looking forward to those days, I’m offering our Delta Church Drive Presentation to introduce/re-introduce you to this proven successful recruiting opportunity!

2020 2021 ShirtYes -- my brother Knights. It is a pleasure to once again bring you the opportunity to wear the NH Knights of Columbus shirt proudly with our State Motto, "Live Free or Die" on its sleeve.

Yes, it is tax time again.  Each Council should have a 990 prepared and submitted.  Please make sure that each and every year such a form is submitted.

Last year there were 48 positions reported to Supreme as “Not In Compliance” with the MANDATORY Praesidium Armatus Safe Environment training.

Failure to have all the required positions, including Grand Knight, certified disqualifies your Council from participating in State and Supreme awards and incentives.

This is not just another program from Supreme! This is an essential program in today’s anti-Catholic, anti-Church, Cancel Culture that wants to attack and destroy those principles which we hold dear and sacred.  Having this training defuses the mantra of “abuser” screamed without cause at many merely because we have the audacity to proclaim we are Christians, Catholics and proud members of our Order.

Recently there have been videos and reports of statutes of Columbus removed and destroyed in the North End of Boston and even from the State Capital of Ohio,ChristopherColumbus Columbus.  There have been incidents of statuary in cemeteries and even on church grounds where memorials of Mary, various Saints, and even of Christ have vandalized or destroyed.  These actions have been attributed to anarchists, BLM or Antifa or whatever.  The actions are representative of the now apparently ascendant Marxist culture that has infected our society, in my opinion.  Make no mistake, there are those today that virulently hate the thought of a Trinity, personal responsibility or actions being absolutely Right or Wrong, or even sinful. Yes, Holy Mother Church [HMC] is under assault in parts of the nation, and even on the floor of the NH House.  Many of us want to shout to the vandals – STOP!.

It is that time of year when new officers are present and contact with a bank is needed.  I must remind every Council and Assembly that they cannot be registered with either the Secretary of State nor the Attorney General.  I must remind all that THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS IS NOT A CHARITY!. We do charitable works to be certain sure!

Our order is a federally charted 501(c)8 not-for-profit Fraternal Benefit Association.

Priest launched international lay movement, died in 19th century pandemic

ROME – The Vatican today (May 27) announced that Pope Francis Pope Francis approved the promulgation of a decree recognizing a miracle attributed to the intercession of the founder of the Knights of Columbus, Venerable Father Michael J. McGivney, a Connecticut priest who served his flock during the pandemic of 1890, before himself becoming ill and dying of pneumonia.
