Summer Quarterly Meeting Notice
About the Meeting: I am pleased to announce the 2019 Summer Quarterly Meeting, to be held on Sunday, July 21, 2019 is being hosted by Knights of Columbus Belmont Council #10943.
Meeting location (St. Joseph’s Catholic Church) 96 Main Street. Belmont NH 03220.
Lunch will be offered by the Host Council. The cost of the meal is $8.00 per person, this includes lasagna (veg. or meat), rolls, tossed salad, coffee, water, or iced tea and an assortment of frozen treats.

There will also be Mass at 9:30 am for those who wish to attend at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Lunch will be served from 12:00 noon to 12:45pm.
The Meeting is from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Attire: jacket, tie and jewel of office.

About Our Plan: At this meeting we will be introducing your NEW Director’s, and District Deputies, as well as some GREAT NEW programming initiatives for this fraternal year. It is important that district deputies, grand knights, council officers, program directors, delegates and membership directors attend. Members of the NH State Council Executive Board have taken great time in planning this meeting. We will be sharing this plan with everyone at this time.
About the Ladies Program: The Ladies Programs have been decided for the upcoming year. The program schedule will be e-mailed out in a separate mailing. The event for this 2019 Summer Quarterly Meeting is making of “Any Holiday Wreaths”, so please invite your wife to this meeting. Ladies are asked to bring a pair of everyday scissors.

In addition, there will be a raffle for a special “Made in New Hampshire Basket”, to benefit the Ladies Programs.
