The councils are to use the regular process for vetting candidates; and, FS of the council is to register the candidates. This way we can be assured candidates making the degree are known by councils.
Deadline for registration is Saturday prior to the Friday Exemplification.

Registrations for Online Exemplifications (candidates and spectators) must be submitted by the Council Financial Secretary or Grand Knight no later than the Tuesday before. If a ceremony is cancelled, due to no registrations or for unforeseen circumstances, a notice will be posted on the State Council's website as soon as possible. Candidates and spectators are free to attend from anywhere; however, it is recommended each council host all of its candidates, their families, and spectators, in one location (such as a church hall), in a spirit of Unity and Fraternity. The recommended dress code for all candidates and spectators is jacket and tie, i.e., the same as for an in-person ceremony. All attendees should log into the ceremony by 6:50 pm.
All exemplifications will begin at 7:00 pm on the second Friday of each month. The revised 2023-2024 schedule is as follows:

- 12/1/23 (moved to first Friday, as 12/8 is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a Holy Day of Obligation)
