"We live to be of great hope to others, bringing forth faith and the love of God. If in the ripple of time, we make one small move that influences a better outcome for "the one" or "the many", then we have succeeded in what He has called for us to do ... to bring change and hope to others who have none in their lives. For, in God ... there is always hope!"
Let me welcome you to the Knights of Columbus, New Hampshire State Council website.
We are a vibrant state council that was chartered in 1892. Celebrating over 125 years of service to the citizens of our New Hampshire communities, we have grown to more than 7,000 members in 21 districts comprised of 69 active councils. Our mission is to serve our church, our community, our families, our country and those in need. This mission reflects the vision of our founder, the Venerable Father Michael J. McGivney, that is based on charity, unity and fraternity. These are the principles of our Order.
Father McGivney founded the Knights of Columbus 136 years ago to support its members in their faith, provide support for their families and to direct their charity to the Church and the needs of the less fortunate.
I encourage you to review the information within this website and discover the many service and charitable programs and activities offered by the New Hampshire State Council.
It is my sincere hope that you will gain an understanding of who we are and what we do, and that you will become inspired to join us in our mission of service.
On behalf of my fellow State Officers, our wives and our Brother Knights from throughout the New Hampshire State Council, we welcome you with open arms.
