About the Meeting: I pleased present to you this announcement of your New Hampshire State Council Fall Quarterly Meeting to be held Sunday, October 20, 2019. Knights of Columbus St. Joan of Arc Council #7533 has graciously offered to host our meeting at St. Katherine Drexel Parish, 40 Hidden Spring Road, Alton NH 03809. The cost of the meal is $8.00 per person. The luncheon meal includes: Lasagna (meat or vegetarian), tossed salad, bread, coffee. soda, water, and dessert. Advanced reservations are expected. RESERVATIONS CAN BE CALLED OR E-MAILED TO PHILIP OR FRANK UP TO OCTOBER 16TH.
Lunch will be provided by the host council after the conclusion of the 10:30 am Sunday Mass until 12:45 pm. To ensure proper food quantities, an advanced head count is requested. All planning to attend the meal must notify the council. MEETING: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ATTIRE: Suit jacket, tie, and jewel of office.

About the Meeting Agenda: This will be a working meeting. State Council Report presentations will be concise. This will be followed by specific “Breakout Sessions” to aid and assist local council officers and members. Session breakout will cover membership recruitment, “Faith in Action” programming, and ceremonial degree opportunities. Membership Directors and Program Directors are encouraged to attend.
About the Ladies Program: Our Ladies of the NH State Council have prepared a variety of activities for throughout the fraternal year. The program schedule is included in this notice. The event activity for this 2019 Fall Quarterly Meeting is making “Ornament Wreaths”. So please invite your wife to our meeting. Decorations will be provided. Ladies to not have to bring anything (exception: if you have a glue gun please bring it).
HOWEVER, please have your wife RSVP Sue Kowalik at (603) 485-2082 on or before October 9th so enough supplies are brought so no one is left out of doing the activity.
Ladies are also asked to bring non-perishable food, soap, or personal hygiene products to donate to the Church Food Pantry. In addition there will be a raffle for a special “Fall Themed Goodie Basket” to benefit the “Ladies Programs”.
